This renovation of a 1,500 sqft Loft in Tribecca New York combines several kinetic and transformable elements with clean lines and a soft palate. Use of the ceilings within the small space is maximized with a second floor office and additional guest bedroom. The open kitchen serves as the centerpiece of the project that opens to the living and dining area.
