This 1,500 sq. ft. addition and upgrade renovations to an oceanfront residence features spectacular views up and down the Strand and faces onto the pier in Manhattan Beach. Clean lines and a palate of light but bold colors serve as a counterpoint to the 11 foot high wall of glass facing the ocean. The plan is organized as free-flowing to give the space a loft-like feeling with a master bedroom that opens to the living/dining/kitchen space in order to maximize the feeling of spaciousness in the small area.
