The unique sustainable 39-acre community of houses and public open spaces is in the resort community of Silver Lakes, California. All of the custom designed houses have a contemporary character which blends in with the natural landscape. Both the architecture and the planning sensitively incorporate passive and active environmentally sensitive systems. The homes integrate building technologies that concurrently make economic sense and provide a better quality of life. Lots range in size from: –¾ to 1.5 acres an acre for homes of approximately 2,800 sf, to large estate homes approximately 6,000 sf.
